A series of interviews conducted at the Audio Information Network of Colorado (AINC) studios with leaders and representatives of local and regional non-profit organizations that provide services to under-represented populations. Below that section is a space designed for our members to contribute posts with their own information about community services available, and add them to this space. Lara Van Matre
Lara Van Matre is a bilingual language therapist, and the Coordinator of the "Digital Divide" program, which seeks practical solutions to create equity in access to technology and connectivity. The non-profit organization offers classes, at a very basic level, in computer and software usage, to low-income, Spanish speaking adults in the Front Range.

La organización sin fines de lucro ofrece cursos básicos en el uso de la computadora y software, para adultos de habla hispana de bajos recursos en la región del Front Range.
Jorge DeSantiago
Jorge DeSantiago is a co-founder - along with his wife, Elena Aranda - of the El Centro Amistad, a boulder-based non-profit that provides support and training to new Latinx immigrants in Boulder County. Jorge talks about the Center's annual event, "The Women's Summit", which is held annually at the University of Colorado, and brings together global leaders and women of the community.

Elena Aranda es la co-fundadora y Directora Ejecutiva de El Centro Amistad, una organización sin fines de lucro, constituida en el Condado de Boulder, que presta servicios de integración y capacitación para inmigrantes Latinx. Laurel Herndon is thje Founder, Executive Director and Managing Attorney of the Immigrant Legal Center of Boulder County. She talks about the difficulties immigrants face, especially those under TPS, and the proposal to create a Purple Card that would allow non-citizens to vote in Boulder County.

At Cultivate, Ruby Zavala, Program Specialist, helps those seniors flourish by reconnecting them—as recipients and contributors—with their surrounding communities.

Mary Young is a Councilwoman for the City of Boulder. She talks about the City Council, its organization, its structure, its policies and management procedures, as well as the services it provides the community. Mary was reelected for the City Council for the current term, and also works at AINC.
